I guess I am fortunate cuz my husband is not lazy, does throw out the trash (daily), makes the bed, picks up our room sometimes, runs the vacuum once in a while(lr only), cleans our bathroom twice a month, helps with laundry. He does not cook, do dishes, dust, mop or vaccum the whole house but I appreciate what he does do, . We both do the grocery shopping, help the kids w/ hw etc, We choose to work together in all aspects of our marriage cuz we don't believe in a "womans' job and a "mans" job. So I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. By the way our children also have chores so my husband and me get a break as well a couple times a week. Married for 9 yrs been together for 16.

We both work full time and he tries to help out but I am a control freak and I like things done a certain way. Like folding the laundry I appreciate that he tries but they look more rolled up than folded. And I dont know if all men do it but when mine washes the dishes he puts soap on the sponge and runs the water instead of filling up the sink and putting them in, that just wastes water and soap. But he does take out the trash( usually) without being asked because I hate doing it. And he takes my car to put gas in it,I cant stand the smell. And he cleans the toilets. He also is a very big help with our boys.

I do all of the house cleaning and laundry because I have OCD and nobody does it to suit me. I also like cutting the grass I find that to be a relaxing job. My husband washes the car keeps the weeds pulled and all of the other outside things done. But really we would share any of the jobs if needed we are defiantly a team and work together.

My husband tidies up the kitchen at night and packs the dishwasher. He also makes me tea in bed every morning, and feeds the animals before I get up. Most importantly, he takes out the trash without being asked, I HATE doing that. I do all the housework and the cooking, and often bake him things to take to work, just because he enjoys treating the ladies there at tea time.

I love keeping our home neat, fresh-smelling and clean. I enjoy home decorating, too. I do not like clutters, so I have designed ways of organizing stuff and keeping similar things together. I also take care of our garden. There's one thing I do but which I only do it because I have to, and that is cooking. If my husband can afford it, I will be the happiest wife if he can hire a regular good cook in our household.

My husband will do ANYTHING around the house anytime I ask him to, I am quite ill and he is always ready to pitch in when I am having a bad day. The only exception - he won't scoop the litter:). I have always done lots of little things, like making sure he always has toothpaste, mouthwash, shaving cream, shampoo etc. in the shower. I keep his favorite snacks in the house and always make the bed (a pet peeve). As long as I try my best he is happy.

I prefer to do the lawn work but he says it's his job to cut the grass...I love cutting grass...
He does things around the house all the time. It's when he stops doing them that I notice. I am trying to get better at thanking him for doing things.
I do weed the flower beds and he would rather not do that...so that is where I get my yard work in!
We both do laundry. Folding Laundry on a sunday afternoon with your sweetie is so much fun. :-)

I love doing most things around the house, like cooking, take care of our daughter, animals, cleaning, etc. I just wish that he would take out the trash everyday without me having to ask him. It is really the only chore he has.

I can live with doing laundry, vacuuming and I am the exclusive cook in the house. I hate folding clothes and dusting. plus....the wife has a cat and although I do it because she always seems to forget...I empty that damn catbox. Which is precisely why it lives in the garage.
Wish she'd empty that thing though because I am amazed it manages to survive every winter for another season.
pretty resiliant creatures those cats.

I love to mow the yard, it takes about 10 hours to do everything. I also cook all the meals and keep the house clean. He works, I take summers off to be with my daughter, so I am the domestic one. He usually does the nightly dishes without being asked.
