I would say yes!,,,,but you do need to take into consideration that if a person really feels bad and truely wants to change there is that possiblilty that they can. I think trust gets broken between teo people when on eof them cheatsand i think that it is never really a great idea to try to move past a cheating situation and mend the relationship after being decieved, but like i said before everyone deserves the benefit of doubt for change, i just feel that once someone does it and if the other person gives them another chance it is sort of like telling them "its okay that you cheated because you'll get a nother try" this may just cause the person to assume that they can take advantage of you and your feelings becuase you let them do it the first time!!! GOOD LUCK!!! just always remeber there are too many attractive, successful men out there who dont CHEAT to waste your time on an unfaithful loser!

All the people on here who have been cheated on Will say yes, however, I dont know but I think people cheat for all sorts of reasons dont mean they will always cheat. Maybe they stop cheating when they find someone they really really love ???? I am single was in a long term relationship for 23 years that ended 5 years ago but I never cheated while I was with him never occurred to me to look elsewhere.

Yes. You have to find out why they cheated the first time. You have to find out if they love you.

For example, a man that loves a woman would never even think of cheating, because they have everything they want with her.

A man that feels like he's missing out on certain things, or from different reasons from their wife, runs to another woman for sex. They feel that sex is the only thing that could fulfill what they don't have from their wife. Alot of times, they don't even know what the reasons are. They are just not happy.

I would definitely not trust that person.

It depends on when and why they cheated in the first place. How long into the relationship did they wander? Was there real problems in the relationship? If you had been together for a long period of time and you very having problems then if things are better maybe he / she won't cheat again.

In general, yes. Unfortunately, generalities are called generalities because they are not always true, just usually. In general, you are more likely to die in an accident if you're not wearing your seat belt. However, there are many instances where the person not wearing his lived while passengers wearing theirs died. All that said, it's a good idea always to wear a seat belt because doing so is generally safer. Likewise, a person who cheats once is generally likely to cheat again. But not always. Just like wearing a seat belt, you should treat a person who cheats on you *as though* he is going to do so again, to be on the safe side.
