Yes, they should. You probably should ask them on the phone before you make the trip. Could say something like: "Should I make the travel arrangements, or how will that work?"

Normally no. If you accept the job, many companies offer a small amount of cash for moving expenses though.

I think they should, based on the assumption that by this point they are interested in hiring you - they should look at it as an investment.

you are asking them for a job, they are not asking you to come work for them so why would they be paying?
