I know how you feel, I lost my baby 3 wks ago, it was only 5 wks and I was supposed to be 15 wks. I want to concieve as soon as it is safe but I already know that I will be so scared the next time and so will my husband.I took the pills to make me pass the baby & it was the most heartbreaking thing I ever went through. But they say that misscarriages don't normally repeat themselves so if that was your first you should be fine. I hear that they can see heartbeat @ 8 wks along& that if you tell them you miscarried last time, they will be more serious about that stuff early on. Maybe your doc will do a fetal ultrasound on you, they can see baby right now like that. Good luck to you & I hope you & baby have good luck!!!
God Bless. I read your other question when they couldn't find your other baby's heartbeat& it was like I was reading my own questions. Sounds like we have similar situations going on. Only they say it is too early for me to try again so soon> I'm glad that you did & I hope you go get your vag-sound soon so you will feel better about this time.

I tend to have my first internal ultrasound at 8 weeks and see the heartbeat. However, I had my ultrasound at nearly 9 weeks, saw the heartbeat and miscarried anyway just two days ago. It was my second miscarriage (possibly 3rd) in less than a year. I don't think I'll ever go through a pregnancy again without that worry in the back of my mind.

At 5 weeks all I was a gestational sac...I went back a couple of days later and we saw the yolk sac.
I had yet another ultrasound done at 6 weeks, 4 days and I saw the heart beat.
Don't be worried or discouraged if you don't see a heartbeat, I'm sure you will at least see the yolk sac. Some people don't see the heartbeat until 8 weeks or even 10 weeks.
Just be hoping to see that little yolk sac and hope it is in a good part of the uterus. They even gave us a picture of the yolk sac and I was running around showing everyone! It is amazing how quickly they grow!
Congratulations and good luck!

You can see the heartbeat at around 6 weeks but sometimes it might take 7-8 weeks. Good luck, I am with you sweetie and going through the same.

Heartbeats can be SEEN on an ultrasound by seven weeks from your last period.
Heartbeats can be heard at about 10 weeks.

I also suffered a miscarriage, very simillar circumstances, I'm so sorry for your loss.
Am now 22 wks pg and had early scan at 6wks 3days and saw heartbeat.
Wait until 7 weeks as they will def be able to detect one by then, all being well.
I understand how difficult it is waiting, every hour feels like days, but hang in there and try and relax as much as possible.
Really wish you all the best!

The ultrasound could pick it up as soon as 5 or 6 weeks. With dopplar you can hear it between 8-10 weeks depending on the position of the baby.
Best of luck,hon!

I was around 9 weeks. They can hear the heartbeat through the doppler though since they might not do an ultra sound that early for insurance reasons. Insurance doesn't cover many ultra sounds. Stupid I know.
