It began as a red bump on the shaft of my penis, it was hard, painful to the touch, and red. I have never had sex before, so its not an STD. About 3 days after having this red bump, I woke up to having a weird scab thing on my Penis where the bump was the day before. It is smaller then the bump, and is sort of flattened at the top, and at the top there is a black slightly pusey scab. I am 16. Personally, I think its an ingrown hair, but I need more opinions please. What should I do?

Hmm, it could be a pimple or an ingrown hair, though neither usually occur on the shaft of the penis (unless it's really close to the base). It could be an insect bite, which would suck but is nothing to be really worried about. And it's possible that you rubbed an area raw during masturbation or something and it formed a scab over itself to help heal.
Regardless, it shouldn't be a big deal. It'll heal and go away on its own, though it might be annoying for a while. If you're concerned then it might be worth to see a doctor.

sounds like more of an insect bite and him letting it go without medication may of cause the skin to become dry and we don't think baby oil is going to help the problem, so tell him to pull up his nuts and go too the doctor me doctor seen lots of penis before and being it has a scab means he can get an infection if he tears the scab loose from you know what

I think you're right, it probably is an ingrown hair or some type of pimple. I wouldn't worry about it, it sounds like it's healing on its own. Just keep it clean and leave it alone. Sometimes warm weather causes these things. If you don't wear boxers, you might consider switching to them, just to allow more air circulation.
Good luck to you.

Maybe it's an insect bite or a pimple that got infected, or maybe the skin got irritated from masturbating.
Try a topical antibiotic like Neosporin and try to leave it alone. If it doesn't heal in a week, go to a doctor.

You don't have to have sex to get an STD. If you have been having oral sex with someone who has STD's you can still get it. Even if someone touches theirself and then touches you, you can get something from them. However, if you haven't done any of this, I wouldn't worry about it. Probably an ingrown hair. If it bothers you, or you feel in pain, or start to experience problems urinating, then I would go see the Doc.
Good Luck.

At 16, you are not a doctor... Take yourself to the clinic and have yourself checked out. You only get one penis... take all precautions!
