Graphics card memory is different than motherboard memory and it will support DX9

Lets try this without caps lock, shall we?

DirectX is reverse-compatible with any other version of DirectX. Therefore, DirectX9 will be supported by a card that supports DirectX10.

As for the memory, the memory on the graphics card is different. It's built in, it's not interchangeable like the motherboard memory is. The card you're looking at is a very nice card, but I'm afraid I don't know much about Loopalit. Be careful when buying offbrand company products. If I was you, I'd go with an EVGA, Biostar, or something a little more well known.

The memory of the graphics card is not relevant to the ram specifications of the motherboard.

Also, anything that supports DirectX10 will also support DirectX9 (just as anything DX9 supported anything 8 and so on and so on).

That card will be fine with either DX9 or DX10.

Do not confuse system RAM on the motherboard with videoram on board the graphics card. They are different and need not be the same type.
