I've never heard that it's one of the ant-aging substances. However i have heard that it is good for you to drink a cup a day because there are tons of antioxidants in it, even more than tea!

I drink 2 (20oz Starbucks a day). My wife made the insulting remark that I look 40!

(I'm actually 32 - grandted I work a min of 60 hours a week, and have an upwardly mobile career so she doesn't have to work). But obviouslly, that isn't working too good for me.

Hmmm, I don't know how many people agree. But I'm sure there is an actual number. I suppose that when this question is closed, we'll know.

Actually, I think it does have some anti-oxidant properties.

I think coffee is foul...just my opinion. Plus it discolours teeth.

emmm not sure about that one all i know is that it tastes like **** and makes your breath stink!I'm a tea type of girl!lol :)
