I've never heard that it's one of the ant-aging substances. However i have heard that it is good for you to drink a cup a day because there are tons of antioxidants in it, even more than tea!

I drink 2 (20oz Starbucks a day). My wife made the insulting remark that I look 40!
(I'm actually 32 - grandted I work a min of 60 hours a week, and have an upwardly mobile career so she doesn't have to work). But obviouslly, that isn't working too good for me.
