I didn't know there was such a thing as a favorite Star Trek movie. They all pretty much sucked to me. Ditto for the show. I've always thought of the Star Trek movies as the poor man's Star Wars. Generic.

Hands down, Star Trek IV, the Voyage home.
Nothing will ever compare to the freshly resurrected Spock flipping off everybody in San Francisco.
Or Scotty picking up the mouse, and saying "Hello Computer?"
Or "He's a Russkie." "That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard..."
Or... "Well, a double dumbass on you!"
Fantastic movie. I think I have to go watch it now.

I personaly don't like star trek at all I always seem to flick that channel whenever It comes on T.V or Go to sleep while its on. And since they made so many star trek movies how can you be so sure of which one is your favorite.

Either IV: The Voyage Home, or First Contact. Both were funny and First Contact actually had a great plot in addition to the humor.
