If he is unemployed because he's just a lazy bum and he doesn't help around the house to make up for the fact that I am bring in all the income, I'd rather him cheating and useful. As long as he uses digression and does not have our business in the street, embarrassing me, and is still playing his part in the house, Cheating would go over much better then unemployment with me. A worthless man, is a worthless man. And when your man is sitting around the house, not doing anything, you will find your self not feeling attracted to him at all. If he's cheating, you might start to think, what could we be doing differently to fix the flaws in our relationship. Think about it. I have a feeling that the majority of Women so quick to answer this question is not yet married, so their answer may be a bit biased.

I personally detest a cheating husband, but unemployed is up there with it. I just found out my husband has cheated on me through a text message, I Just had his baby girl 3mths ago, and we have 2 boys been together for 13yrs, married 10yrs now I have to sit back and wonder what I have done wrong or what I could have done right. I swear you give yourself completely and look what happens you get a big pile of crap thrown at you.

A cheating husband, I would not tolerate. A unemployed husband, it depends on the circumstances. Things happen in life and bumps are to be expected. As long as he is looking for work I am ok with it... But not the cheating... NO way! God bless****

A cheating hubby. My hubby cheated on me a long time ago and he is now unemployed because he broke his foot. Unemployed we can deal with. Normally you are getting money from somewhere, either workers comp or unemployment. But cheating, I had a very hard time getting over it the first time. Only took him back because our kids were little at the time. Since then our marriage has become a lot stronger than before but I still do not trust him 100% and he knows it. I would never take his cheating again.

Very good question...I was married for 25 yrs to Both a cheater and unemployed...the unemployment allowed him to cheat even more. The the worst of has to be a cheater. It tears you apart and you think it was "your" fault even if you didn't do anything to deserve it. I am a firm believer that chaeting amongst other things are gene related. My x husbands has a family of cheaters. It was also nothing i did, we had sex 2 times a day and he still cheated...he was a "DOG" anyway you look at it. Catch m and they tuck their tail...next day act like nothing happened...just like a dog!

Neither, but if I had to choose one, I'd choose a unemployed husband (a cheating husband would be worse). What good is it to me if he had a job - even making six figures - if he is cheating on me and hurting me and putting me at risk for any number of STDs?
