I'm hoping you'd have the tact to not call me crusty to my face. If you can't be subtle, I suppose hearing myself described as crusty might make me a bit perturbed.

If I were truly old and crusty, yes, I would be offended.

Seeing as I am neither, I would not be offended, I would be amused.

Depends on the original conversation. If you said it in fun then No but if you said it nastily then Yes i would be offended.
