Do you have a laptop or a desktop?

if you have a desktop, then there is most likely something wrong with the keyboard, and you might just want to buy another one.

If you have a laptop, then go to control panel, printers and other hardware, keyboard, under hte hardware tab, look at the device status, it is supposed to say that the device is working properly. If not, then click on properties, under the driver tab, try to update the driver. If that doesn't work, under the general tab, troubleshoot it. It should tell you exactly what is wrong.

good luck.
