I miss those days too. The only way I get a full nights rest is if I turn off the phone and go into hiding. What a shame. Please pass the calgon and a red bull preferably sugar free.

I feel rested and refreshed everyday! My doctor keeps me on some good stuff for that problem. If I don't take it I will be up till 3:00 or 4:00 EVERYMORNING and then want to get back up at 8 or 9 in the morning. How do you think I got hooked on answering questions? lol

I never feel rested when I get up. I average about 6 hours of sleep a night though so that could explain it. It was different as a kid though. I'd wake up and be ready to play outside or something. Now, I can't even function without caffine. Sucks being an adult!!

Yes I can't even remember the last time that happened. On the weekend I can get a decent amount of sleep by being able to sleep in but even then, I still wake up tired & end up lethargic half the day. Hmmmmm =o(

Considering I got 4 hours of sleep, nah not refreshed this morning, but last week I slept in and felt pretty good.

Ever since I bought a 4" memory foam mattress topper with contour pillows for my bed, I have woken up feeling great!!! It was the best purchase I have made in a very long time & worth every penny!!

About 3 1/2 years since I woke up like that. Day in day out working, cooking, cleaning, house maintenance, yardwork and making time for the kids...CALGON or Jack Daniels...Take me away!
