YES. You're never to old to dream as big as you want and to fall madly, deeply, truly in love. I think it's wonderful! Living and hoping and loving and dreaming is what keeps you young.

First, you haven't met the right person. Second, there are a lot of culturally-specific assumptions in what you ask. The romantic period of love is very much glorified in movies, books, music, etc... in western culture. It doesn't last that long and is followed by the hard part: The actual work of relationship-building. Third, you're obviously a very A-type personality if you think at 21, you're at the height of your career. Gosh! I hope not! Life would be pretty sad for somebody that peaks at such a young age - there would only be downhill to go from there! I sure hope life has more in store for you. But it does give me an indication why this falling in love thing would be more difficult for you than many people: A types get a lot accomplished, but they tend to be calculating. So the letting go part would be more difficult for you. It's an important part of the process. If you plan and calculate everything in your life, abandoning yourself to another person is going to be difficult. But again, see point number 1: Maybe you simply haven't met the right person. And finally, is this really about wanting tobe in love or is it about meeting cultural expectations? If this is not where you're at, this is not where you're at. Maybe there are other things taking priority in your life right now. What's wrong with that?

It's good that you ask this because,[what may seem like], tomorrow you will be a senior citizen. We are not an exclusive club. We allow anyone in. I'm 62 now and I truly hate being 62. Mentally I'm still 25 and easily forget my age until I'm near a group of young people and they treat me like I've got a disease. I do. It's called aging and it is contagious. Can we fall madly in love? You bet! But sometimes some of us are forced to express our affection in a more sedate way.

Excuse me missy, I may be OLD but I am CERTAINLY not DEAD!!

In my case, which seems to be the norm from listening to answers on here, I'm only 25 inside of myself, so OF COURSE I dream. And OF COURSE I lust after Johnny Depp just like the young-uns!!

my dear v say and hear alot people saying "LOVE IS BLIND" but y v find it hard to beleive!!!!!!
but yet there is 50-50 chance about love, it could b only judged only by the person himself/herself who is proposed. senoir citizens surely could fall in love but check it, is it really a love or is it a time pass or is it they are looking someone who could take care of them in the later days and may b v or even they themselves don't recognize it and took it as LOVE!!!

Just because they are old doesn't mean that they don't feel love and need love. They can fall in love just like any of us.
