im a 16 years old teenager and i feel more secure with girls than boys...i was never bullied but many times i was the center of moquery ppl boys used to make fun of me all the time...
so now i talk more to girls and i feel safe more with them...
i have many bestfriends (girls)...soo am i gay or sth ??

.....Hanging out with girls doesn't make you gay. Maybe you hang out with girls because you're attracted to them...because you're straight!
Monitor how you feel sexually towards girls and guys. The question is - do you feel sexually attracted to guys? That would be the indication that you're gay.
Meanwhile, don't worry whether it's "normal" to make friends with girls. Just make friends with whomever you want. Enjoy your friendships with girls! Girls are cool.

So you like to hang out with girls.... whats the problem? Are you attracted to them? Or are you attracted to boys sexually? That is the question. Not whether you hang out with them or not. I am a female who happens to have a lot more guy friends than girls because i think women are bitches! Except for me.... i treat people like I want to be treated. Well I can be a ***** when need be, but generally Im kind. I choose guy friends because girl friends can be mean, jealous, evil, back stabbing....etcc......I've been where you are I guess.
Be with who you are comfortable with. My guy friends were my TRUE friends and I could be ME with them. My best friend happens to be male, doesnt make me gay. If you are sexually attracted to men then you might want to question your sexuality. But just hanging out with the girls doest mean you are gay. Cheer up and enjoy your friendship. Cherish your bestfriend!

Gay or Straight does not depend on who your friends are or who you feel more comfortable with, it depends on who your sexual preference is. A lot of times we find better friends in the opposite sex. I have better guy friends than girl friends. I am almost 30 and besides my sisters and mom I only have 2 close girlfriends. Girls are catty and I do not have time for that. I would rather be with the guys, but I am as straight as can be. Hope this helps.

Only you can say whether you are gay or not. It's easy to fall into a comradeship with the opposite sex, or even the same sex, when the other sex is making fun of you. You go where you are accepted. However, just being friends with someone, doesn't make you gay at all.

I don't think you are gay because if that were the case then I would be too for choosing to spend more time with guys instead of girls. It's all about who you are comfortable. You'll probably have more insight on the proper way to treat women since you spend so much time with them.

only you can know if you are gay, but liking females doesn't mean you are automatically gay. My husband tends to prefer women as friends and he's definitly not gay.
If you can respect and relate to women as people, you are light years ahead of your neandrathal bullies in having girl friends and healthy relationships with women. These losers are condemned to lives of lowpaying jobs, divorce, loniliness, alchoholism and mysery.
