Which of the following applies to the graph of x - 2y = 6?
m = -2, passes through (-3, 0)

the correct answer is d
the general equation of a line is
y = mx + c
where c is the y intercept
and m is the slope
so in this case
x - 2y = 6
x-3 = 2y
y = x/2 - 3

hence m = 1/2 and it passes through the point (0,-3)

Solve for y; the slope, m, will be the coefficient of x. The answer will be immediately recognizeable.
