Lists...And affirmations...

Make lists of things you want to get done. Split the big ones into smaller. more attainable goals...Achieving and reaching goals is paramount to keeping yourself focussed on the higher prize. And each small step you amek gets you closer.

Affirmations work by keeping your mind flushed with positivity. Whether we mean to or not we flood ourselves with negative thoughts every day. So it is only natural that we shoudl sometimes try to affirmate ourselves...I am.....I will...I am able....All good starting words for self affirmation.

i think its to keep doing things that requires a lot of concentration and that u have no choice other than focusing such as sports...for an example ull have to focus all the game...u can never think of sth else while u r playing...
now u will learn how to focus...
