What kind of work do you do. Is it well paid? If it is go with the flow. If not tell your boss to go sing with the birds. Especially barnowls. I'll give her a few verses she won't forget in a hurry.

Do your work, but keep Yahoo up and running, but minimized in the backround. That way, when she comes around your office, you can drop the yahoo screen and bring up your work that you have been doing.
