Hmmm...well, usually I add cheese, a teeny bit of milk, salt & pepper and scramble them up...but if I'm feeling a bit adventurous, I'll add onion, green pepper and ham....yummm...
Add some buttered toast (or, better yet...waffles), a side of homemade fried potatoes, coffee and orange juice...now THAT'S breakfast!

I'd cook them in bacon drippings, baste the yolk with the drippings until the white was cooked just right(firm), and the yolk was hot but not cooked hard(runny). "Just right" for me, how about for you? Served with milk gravy and biscuits, how about that? Hash browns if you like too, lol. Not too slimming, but oh, so good! Have a great day :)

sunny side up. With cheese as a nose and bacon for a mouth. It would at least make you smile in the morning.

I only like omelets. Always something different in them and nobody complains. So, if you complain, you're just picky.

Have a good day!
