i did understand your question. the problem is that you ask a question which would require a different answer other than a question mark. instead of a mere question mark, people would ask something in turn to help understand your question. a simple question mark would not bring out elaborate information to answer any question. so if ever i didn't understand your question, i would feel happy to ASK a question instead to clarify your question...
