Rival political factions who both wanted to represent the Palestinians.
The Palestinians voted, and they chose Hamas.
Hamas are by far the more extreme and fanatical of the two rival groups; Hamas is obsessed with the idea of slaughtering Israelis, and Hamas also kills many Palestinians who don't agree with its policies; witness the scenes yesterday.

Hamas like Saderists in Iraq who kill the Palestinians every day and they don't wanna Palestine to live in peace and they are bad religious while Fateh are secular and they want their country to get advance but Hamas didn't give them the chance.
