A 0 (zero) is reported in position 10 of the VIN number. Can anyone tell me the build year of the vehicle. After lookin around the web, it apperars this should be a 7? Is this correct, if not what tdoes the 0 represent?

I don't think the value will be zero after three years. Do you?

It seems like other places of information on the internet, sites like these which start off great seem to be dragged down by part time comedians who don't actually have any knowledge whatsoever. Ah well, I shall let you continue your little games which no doubt distract you from your mundane existence.

Just go to www.realoem.com and key in your VIN number.

It will tell you right away your BMW's production date as well as many other useful info.
