I have to go with "Family Guy", given the choices. I haven't seen "Yo Mama," and "South Park" got old 8 years ago. I used to love that show, but they are too busy now trying to see how gross they can get, rather than trying to see how funny they can get. Boring. "Family Guy" at least still has its moments.
