look up friendship clubs in your area, not single clubs because they are just pick-up joints. In Scotland there is a few and i have met some nice guys, you could try the chat line 08000681168 its free, you leave a short description of yourself, tell them you are looking to meet new friends, you will get some weirdos but there is nice guys there. I am 50's and i met my present guy there few years ago. I think the number I gave you has changed but they give you a new number to phone. good luck.

Anywhere you would meet other aged people I believe. Meeting at bars at any age is stupid in my eyes. Not really sure what kind of answer your looking for. You think your old and have to only date older people and your not. I could say at bingo but that is just a dumb thing to say. Why not take up cycling. Many people of all ages do that. Its a good way to meet people on group outings and such.

Good luck to ya

hi, im not 50 (sorry) but im sure if you tried the ex-servicemens clubs or local legions. Dont think for a moment that just old biddies go there. Alot of people my age go there as well to these kinda places. (30 - 40). If you dont drink, maybe a social club/bingo ?

I was 58 when I met my fiance who was 47 at the time. We met on www.okcupid.com. It's a completely free dating site that has some cool features. Remember, humor is the honey of romance so keep it light and funny in your profile but be honest.

Good luck.
