I have a 256mb stick. I think it said pc133. one hundred and somthing prongs. The stick i want to get is 256mb pc 133 and the same amount of prongs. but some of the other numbers dont match. is this ok?

both of your rams should have the same frequency and the same type of rams i.e the SD ram, DDR ram or DDR2 ram.
if both these types are same then they should definately work with your system....

Remove the original stack and try the other RAM. If your PC boots, install the original, too.

If it still boots, your OK. If not, throw the non-original away and buy the right RAM.
