Im only 7 weeks but so far ive not been sick, 2 of my friends were the same and they both had girls. the other 3 were sick from the start and had boys. Coincidence? Has this been the case for anyone else?? Just wondered xx

Well there are many wives tales about that but in the end, it really varies from woman to woman. I mean, my co-worker who just had her baby didn't get sick at all. Many only twice during the whole pregnancy and she had a boy. In my case, I only had a mild case of morning sickness during my frist few weeks...but now, (I'm at 22 wks) I never have morning sickness. I feel good actually, nothing really to complain about. Ohhh, and I'm having a girl too!
So it just depends on how your body responds to the pregnancy I guess. I really don't know much since this is my frist pregnancy.
But yeah, it's interesting to hear how pregnancy vary from women to women.

I was the exact same way. Not sick for one minute of this pregnancy. With my son I was sick in the first months. My friend who is due 2 weeks behind me has been sick from day 1 and she is having a boy!

I`m hoping for a little girl, and I havent got sick yet... 13 weeks on saturday ;]. I hope it`s true I have one boy at home!!! [not mine but my roomate/cousins....]. My cuz was sick throughout her pregnancy, Her older sister has a boy and a girl and was only sick with the boy, and mentioned to me alot of things that can give you signs ur havin a girl... if u crave sweet like fruit, If your pregnancy "glow" is not all the way there lol... and If you start showing sooner its a girl... who knows?? I find out in 3 weeks I`ll let ya know!!! lol

hi. I was only sick for one week after I found out I was pregnant (when I was 1 month and 2 weeks) then I was fine I had no problems at all like I wasn't even pregnant. now at 19 weeks my baby kicks me everyday and its such a joy. I had an ultrasound done few days ago and I was told I'm expecting a girl. I would advice u not to listen to the old wives tales because nun of that its true. the only way to find out its by having an ultrasound done and if the baby cooperates and if its not to early then you'll be able to find it out ;)

I had morning sickness until I was 8 months pregnant with my daughter. And then she was born 3 weeks early. It just depends.
Each pregnancy is different. Everyone told me I was having a boy based on how I was carrying, but she definitely is a girl!

It very well could be I am 38 weeks with a li lgirl only got sick like 3 times and that was cause I tried to eat meat lol (Vegetarian) good luck

Coincidence... I'm at 21 weeks with my 2nd boy and not a lick of morning sickness with either.

I got sick with the one I am pregnant with now and it is a girl. My son I was sick a lot longer....unfortunately, morning sickness doesn't not determine whether or not you are having a girl or boy. That is just an old wives tale!!!

Now that you mention it...I was pregnant with a girl and also had no morning sickness but hubby had it. Our bodies are different and respond different to pregnancy. But I don't believe in the statement you made. No only an Ultrasound will tell you that.

Hey i havent been sick either, i am the same-7 weeks. Only my back has been hurting, and a few days ago i felt light headed.
