I'm not sure what you are asking for? Do you want a place that provides treatment? One that will pay for your care? Someone to help you seek disability benefits? $40,000 is a lot of money. It sounds like bankruptcy is a consideration for that.

The next time you want treatment just go to an emergency room and tell them you are an illegal immigrant. They will get you treatment on the US taxpayers. If Your shrink really cared for you they could get your free help but to them You are a walking paycheck. Learn to face life and find good things to offset the negatives. That will save you a bundle.
