GREAT QUESTION!

It isn't strange to the liberals to like ANYONE or ANYTHING anti-American. It's how they roll.

I am surprised though that liberals don't get a lefty discount at Citgo...what's up with that? Doesn't Hugo RETURN their love?

That's the nice thing about our government in the US. We never know what the heck they are about to do next. But it's all good b/c they don't know either. It's all up to the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations), our Shadow Govt. THEY determine what is to be and when. They determine who we will engage in war and when we will not. It all ties into the NWO and the Illuminati. Someone up top is pulling the strings in order to make Obama dance. I doubt that he will take over the oil industry BUT he could very well kick BP out of the Gulf but then someone else would take it over. The word is out. THE US HAS THE BIGGEST OIL RESERVES in the world and everyone wants a piece of the action. Just like we are in Iraq for their oil. Strangely we seem to be diving up the "booty" with everyone else. The execs in Exxon are ALL listed in the stock holder reports as being members of the Tri-Lateral Commission and I'm sure they not only report to a higher power but the higher power also listens to them and tries to give them what they want if it is on the agenda. Have you noticed that each President is given something to accomplish while in the Presidency. JFK refused to follow them and well .... we know what happened there. Bush was in charge of getting the Patriot Act passed. So what is it that Obama must do? Destroy the dollar so that we can repay China with worthless paper? Work with the others to limit the world population to 1 billion people so that we do not over eat our food supplies that are dwindling due to the Stem Rot Virus in the Middle East that is soon to be global ins scope? Wage war with Iran for supposed nuclear violations? Or all of the above? I think the answer is "D" ... all of the above. Look at it this way. The salmonella scam did not kill enough people thanks to the News. And the flu virus was not as effective as first believed. So they came up with the flu shot that was totally toxic within 2 years but people were warned on the internet about the problems with the flu shots. Strike two. SO, how do they figure to achieve their goal? What better way than to let a massive oil leak hit the Gulf Stream, boosted with a few hurricanes, which we have not seen as yet but what do you bet they will hit before they cap it? Once the oil hits the Gulf Stream it will only be a matter of 3-4 weeks before the toxic death is filtered into EVERY ocean throughout the world and ALL the flora, fauna, fish, and sea-life will be destroyed. The decaying leftovers will help zap the worlds oxygen supply and the dead oceans will no longer produce the oxygen we need to survive. Those who think the oil spill is nothing to fear should understand that, although it is being downplayed in the news ... we are looking at a MAJOR event that has the potential to wipe out 90% of the world population of humans, and wipe out the food we COULD HAVE from the seas. Anyone who thinks that this oil spill was merely a mistake should wake up and use some logic. The Bilderbergs and the Halliburtons want the population reduced NOW and they are willing to do anything necessary to achieve it. As previously preached ... Obama is just a puppet at the mercy of the CFR. He will be told what to do and when to do it. Notice that they are trying to act all big but does the oil stop? NO! The oil is not going to stop until there goal is reached but there will be few to witness the final stoppage of the oil flow. What can we do about it? NOthing! So tragic. All we can do is watch them slowly kill us all off. Sorry, wish the news was better. At this point we can only hope for alien intervention from some neighboring planet. Time will tell. I AM Dartagnon

I do not love Hugo Chavez. I think his Bolivarian revolution is a joke. When Wellstone, a staunch opponent of source-country interdiction died I was upset, but I was steeled with the knowledge that Coleman, as chair of the subcommittee for Western Hemispheric Affairs could have a real influence on ineffective policy. When Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada resigned (after warning Bush he needed help and receiving little) I wrote several letters to my paper and Coleman stating that Mesa needed our support to survive and that the alternative was Morales. I received 1 form letter from Coleman stating he agreed with me and as such supported an increase of civilian and military personnel from 400-400 to 800-800. That the drug war was already evolving and moving back into Bolivia and Peru (the subjects of my letters) seemed of little import.
As a liberal and an American, I couldn't disagree more, my default positiion America's interest. It wasn't liberals who got Morales elected, in fact, he lost to de Lozada initially and de Lozada's strategist was none other than the Ragin' Cajun.
The Bolivarian Revolution is a reactionary joke, but Chavez has the legitimacy he does, because our policy in the region is so inept.

Your statement is not even true. And I guess conservatives love the evil big oil companies for "price gouging". What good American citizens would not hate them? You are a self serving idiot to ask such a question.

Ah, yes. An extremist website certainly speaks for an entire political party.

What a well-thought-out, intelligent, well-educated question.

The answer is: Since not all liberals feel the same way about everything... your question is unanswerable.

It is preposperous to suggest that all liberals "love" Chavez and socialist ideas.
