it kind of depends on the number and weight of the bags you are having them move around. Also if you are sharing a ride, it makes a difference if they drop you off first or last. I generally tip about 5 bucks but sometimes more if the driver is good to you and hassle free.

I think $5 each way would be plenty. There will be other people in the shuttle, and they will all tip about the same. Your driver will do fine.
