Yes where the broken bones fuse back together is stronger, but this makes the bone more liable to break because this strong point creates a point where stress is not absorbed equally in propotion to the rest of bone meaning force put on the bone is not devided equally along the whole bone.

Regrowth of bone following a break is complicated but normally results in the formation of an overgrown mass of tissue called a callus some time after repair. This mass is gradually resculpted by special bone cells which gradually reform the callus into the original shape of the bone. In some cases the break never repairs itself completely and a slight difference in bone structure remains. Repaired bone is usually about 80% of normal bone strength after around 3 months. The normal strength takes some time to be reached and can be as long as 15 to 18 months following the initial break.

Yes and no. In some cases the bone apparently grows back thicker- other times there is always going to be a weakness.

Yes, bones do grow back stronger after they are broken, at first they may not seem stronger though.

It's not that the bone is stronger. There is often a calcium build up in the area that was repaired.

They never heal completely the same they were originally. Sometimes they even grow back worse. My brother had to have his leg REBROKEN because it was healing incorrectly. So, no. They are never stronger than they originally were.

I suspect the opposite is true. I broke my wrist some years ago, and there is definately a weakness there now.
