I'm currently living in Italy, but would like to move back to the States and get an Associate Degree in Business Management. I was wondering if anyone knew more or less what that degree would be equivalent to here in Italy or Europe.....

An Associates degree is not a prestigious degree. In the US these are mostly given by Community Colleges to students who were not good enough to get into a regular college. It just indicates that the student passed some basic level college courses. In some cases it indicates that the student had a few courses specializing in some low level technical skills, like word processing, nurse's aid, etc.

An Associates in Business would get you basically nothing in the USA. and it would be pretty much the same thing in Europe. In many countries around the world, the subjects covered in an Associates would normally be covered in the last year or extra year of secondary school -- a foregin student coming to the USA with an International Baccalaureate would be counted by many US schools as having the equivalent of an Associates.
