This is a tuff question. There are so many good live tracks in my collection.
I love Walk on Hot Coals by Rory Gallagher (Irish Tour)
Also Jailbreak by AC/DC (AC/DC Live)
And then there is Awake at Night by Ian Parker(Lost and Found)
But then there is How do you spell love by Steve Arvey (Live at the Blues of the Month Club)
I could go on and on.
I'll go for Walk on hot coals by Rory. He was an amazing player and a true gentleman. He is sadly missed.

The House of the RIsing Sun by John Otway, avaliable on one of the three versions of his Bunsen Burner single. Track it down its brilliant (and even better live, saw him perform it at Guilfest a few years back)
