Yes I have once in a week and acupuncture once in every month. My cousin is a licensed professional massager. You can choose any option of your likes regarding the massage. In general, it takes one hour. But you can choose to have half an hour just for any part of your body. He has been for this job over 20 years and have casual customers.
As whether it would relax your or not, I would proudly say, great relaxation. My cousin will only have a conversation during the massage if the customer will share some thoughts, ideas or any talks. If not, he won't talk too. If you feel that the way of massaging is a bit hurting, you could tell him not to press hardly and its because some customers also prefer a hard massage. A customer will get a discount of 5% if he/she comes twice or more in a month and 5% discount per appearance. Drinks will be given too after the massage; energy drink, tea, coffee, soft drinks, etc and some junk foods with no additional payment. It is a way of thanking the customer for coming.

Yea from my mom...shes not really a massage therapist or anything, but she is a licensed chiropractor so shes really good at massaging. I love it when she gives meeh a full body massage. Yea i do feel relaxed after. Oh yea and sometimes it hurts but she said its suppose to hurt a little sometimes. My hubbs gives good relaxing massages too. I would love to go to a pro though so i can get massaged for like an hour or more =)

Yes.
I had hip surgery last year and my girl friend who is a professional massage therapist worked on me to relax my muscles before the surgery. The doctor noticed the difference and it aided my recovery.
She also worked on me when I was pregnant over 20 years ago because my hip gave me problems then. I have very narrow hip bones.
A good massage is very relaxing!

Yes I have had several and they do relax you and they are well worth the money and if I was rich I would have a massage every day,well at least once a week

Yes, I have had several. They are marvelous and very relaxing if you have a good masseuse.
I did have a bad one once only because she talked the whole time. That made it hard to relax, so now I make sure that they do not talk to me while I am getting a massage.
Pedicures, Manicures and Facials are also very nice.
I think everyone should try it at least once.

Yes, I treated myself to a few. I deserve it. The first 2 were great; wonderful. The last one I had I was not happy. The girl told me she just recently got her license to massage and she was a little too rough. So it was not enjoyable. I told her to go softer but she kept going back to pressing reallly hard. So I couldn't really relax. If you are thinking of getting one, get it from someone recommended.

Once or twice a week for over twenty years now.
More than relax; my massages became my whole life during tough times.

I had a massage I paid for I don't know how professional it was but at the end I was happy.

Yes Ive had aromatherapy massages and a deep muscle massage.......They did relax me and I needed it a stressful time in my life.............
