Once, but Never Again... Remember "Live Aid"?
Its not worth the pain and aggravation to be "fluffy" in this world. I will support those who need help but only if the help i can give will actually make a difference and only if I am certain that the recipient will not waist it. I don't give money to drunks on the street, i don't give money to Oxfam or any other Aid organisation that has ploughed billions into hopeless situations around the world and looked on helplessly when the aid they sent was turned into Machine Guns and High Explosives... Now i give my money to "Doctors without boarders" (medicine sans frontier... however its spelt in french!).
On a personal level I cant say I was ever a "Victim"... but we have all been disappointed by others at one time or another.

oh yeah, definitely. I would suspect everyone would at some time in their lives and also would hope that experience would never have the chance of stopping their kindness or compassion in the future. That's what perserverance is all about ;)

you can buy into others' opinions of you, or you can stick your nose up at them. there are tons of people out there, and to think that not a single one of them would be interested in you is untrue. infact many men may be looking or perfectly fine with a woman that already has many kids. There are a lot of ways you can find men also like dating sites. good luck

Yes,I was way too kind and compassionate to my significant others 43 yr old daughter. She and her brother got me for around $12,000.00. They even stole things that came from my fathers estate.
Nothing I could do to recover any of it.

Yes, I have been screwed so many times.
It's hard not to get jaded. "It's not the world that I am changing, I do this so, this world we know, will never change me." I'm not a fan of country, but I like this line.

Yes, gave a guy a chance at dating (in the beginning, he was really nice and charmingly persistent) and he ends up raping me. I'm done with dating.

Yes, unfortunately there are many willing to take advantage of our goodwill. That's why we have to watch out for ourselves at least as well as we're willing to care for others.
