international transfer?

i am served at the hellenic coast guard as a harbor guard.does anyone knows if i can transfer in a anyone international organization in new york and how that is possible

Just go to your superiors and tell them what you would like to do.They will find out for you ,because they have all the info in the coast guard community

Apply for a work in New York and when you are accepted, tell your prospective employer to send you the hiring contract so that you could apply for a working visa.
