How can I re-enable the passenger airbag on a Pontiac Grand Prix 2006 or 2007?

I have just rented a Pontiac Grand Prix and noticed that the passenger airbag was turned off. Since there is no manual in the car, I was wondering how I can turn it on again. Thanks.

place someone over 90 pounds in the passengers seat. Seat bottom sensor and air bag control turns on the bag when there is someone sitting in the seat.

Take it back to the renter and demand it be repired it is federal law that it work properly. If you fix it and you have a wreck and it does not work you are responsible to the passenger.
