depends on its importance
if its just a forwarded msg, i dont reply abruptly or i dont reply at all...mahal kaya ng load! lol

If its urgent, straight away. If its not, wait between 15 minutes and half an hour. If you want to let them know you really don't care, do a couple of hours or even early next morning. XD

you reply at your convenience, thats the whole point of a text. its conveying a message without the intrusion of a phone call, sometimes i text back straight away, other times it takes a few hours
