There was a few of these made, it would be a rare car today. Even rarer and more valuable would be the 1967 343v8 in a Rogue model American, (offered only for a few months and some catalogues don't even it list it as being available, but it was) I seem to remember that a total of 12 of these were built between convertible and hardtop models. Still, a 290 v8 with a 4 speed would be hard to fault as either a nice driver (especially a 440 convertible) or the 2 door hardtop model either as a Rogue or 440 trim levels. Two tone models were fairly rare items in any case; I cannot remember if they were factory items or not. Those were fairly fast cars especially with the 4 speed transmission. I'm sure it that it must bring back some great memories. Congratulations on being lucky enough to have owned one.

Owned one, bought it from my sister in 1968 for $800. Drove it for two years and might still have it, but a Cady hit he almost head on and destoyed it. Loved that 2800 lb. little rocket.

I once drove a Javelin with the same drivetrain. Very pleasant ride.
