My lexmark printer is not working and the tech support they are offering is not working. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix? The power will not come on. Lexmark tech support was contacted. they state that the power supply box is broken. They sent me another. I replaced with the old supply box, but to no avail. The new one did not work either. I contacted lexmark again. They stated that it must be the power supply box, since the box was not getting warm to the touch. They sent me another box. It still does not work.
Anyone have any ideas?
By the way, the printer is plugged directly into a wall, I have tried different outlets, and the green light that is on the power supply box is lit. The power supply box is warm.

If you're getting support, the printer must be under warranty.

Return it and let them fix it.

In the meantime, print what you need on a friend's printer.

So why did Lexmark tell you the replacement power supply was broken because it was cold when you say it is warm? You must have told them it was cold.

Call them up again and tell them the power supply is warm but the printer doesn't work.

Sounds like your printer is kaput not the power supply.

first of all if your green light is on you can try to go to the lexmark website and download it from there and see if that will help you and if it does let me know please because my sister had to redo my computer and I had to reinstall my lexmark back on my computer and it can be done without a disk.

Ditch lex-mark and go for HP, much better customer service.
