If a person says so many wrong words to his girlfriend and after that entire he says that he loved her. Is this person is genuine, is he really loves her?

Well, it really depends on the person. Some people do not differentiate between LOVE and normal liking. Though some times they could be quite tricky. But LOVE is more strong than any thing. It lasts reasonably long. It wouldn't just vanish as things are changed. So if a person has this kind of feeling, we can say that he genuine.
