At my gym there are about 20 showers in the changing room, out of habit I always use the same one each time I go.
Anyone else have any silly habits that they do?

I wasnt asking specifically about showering. Just general life habits that all.

It depends on what it is, i always use the same cup at home even tho I have loads lol Variety is the spice of life so they say! Be daring and use a different shower next time! let us know how u get on lol good luck

Ya because I always want the one with the seat.
But other than that I usualy like to change it up but inadvertantly fall into habits again.

Yes. My hubby even told me that I'm like that so I must do it enough for him to notice. The one thing that stands out in my mind right now is when I go shopping, I always park in the same parking lane. Come to think of it, I have one for every store that I go to! :)

Yes, I have to have a bath or shower every night before I go to bed - no matter what the time is!!

Thats exactly what I do! I feel peeved if that shower is 'Taken' I think we must be nuts! Hey? Have a good day.

things like that yes. But I dont stick to daily plans. I tend to put-off alot. but yeah , I just get use to it and comfortable with 'my shower'
