The key is to be honest. Why have you chosen...Ask yourself why. Obviously it's because you need a paycheck. What i have found out is that interviewers want to see truth and originality not the lame old boring I think this is a good. blah blah blah. 1. Be honest. Me applying to IMB: I would like to work at IBM because I am on a quest for employment. I enjoy working with computers and am always looking to learn more about them. I think IBM is a great company that allows it's clients to have dedicated professionals at their side. I would like to be a part of such a fast growing company that is changing the way people view computers.

2.Where do I see myself in 5 years? I see myself advanced in IBM, aiding the company in the future growth of technology.

3.This job requires you to be a team player..... What does that mean 2u. This means that i am a part of a team that respects my opinions just as I would theirs. This also means that as a team we will work together in the benefit of the company. Give an occassion... In college I was assigned a team and in that team I was assigned leader. I had to listen to my team of students in order to get the project done not only on time but to get it done correctly. Not everyone had sensible solutions but each were treated with respect and their advice taken into cinsideration and sought out with other ways to implement them.

4. My personal strengths include me being a hardworker with good listening skills, this will enable me to work hard to achieve the maximum growth within myself to bring to the productivity of the company and my listening skills will allow for me to actually be able to listen and learn.

5. I believe each job comes with their own level of stress and how well you handle them show how well you are in control of your own self. I handle stress well and I do some of my best work under stress.

But you have to sit down and RESEARCH the company that you are interested in. I really do want to work for IBM and those would be some true answers to questions I am asked. But be honest. Don't go in there. I am a hardworker, dedicated, responsible and all that because the first time that you are late, mess up or something they are going to remember that. The key is to be honest and really just be yourself. Be poised. Be well dressed. Well informed about the job you are intested in.

Hope this helps and goodluck.

My parents owned a preschool for over 10 years and they looked for outgoing individuals that dressed comfortably and weren't about highend fashion. Listen to "i hate dr. phil's" response. She's correct in stating to wear flats and no low cut tops. Dress in slacks, collared shirt and comfortable shoes. And definitely bring materials and ideas you have to teach these kids. As for questions, be prepared to answer questions like: 1. How long have you been teaching? 2. What do you enjoy about teaching? 3. Have you ever successfully potty-trained children? 4. How would you handle an angry parent? 5. How would you handle two kids fighting? 6. If someone other than the parent came to pick up a child what would you do? Those are just a few. I'll answer them for you. 1. This is your opinion. I'm sure you can answer that easily 2. Same with this one. 3. Again, same. 4. Handling an angry parent is difficult only if you've never done so. If the director is available, always tell the parent that they can speak with them. Never get involved, since it's not your place, and it's best handled by upper management. 5. Separate the two and speak to them individually. You probably know the answer to this as well. 6. If someone other than the parent comes, the school usually has a list of names the parents leave in case of an emergency. First contact the director. If they're not there, then call the parent to confirm pickup. I really hope this helped. :) And Good Luck!!

Answer all questions in a positive manner. You're the best thing since they invented sliced bread.
