i'm 13 years old and my is only 1 1/2 inches long soft. it is only 2 1/2 inches when it's erect. is there something wrong? please help me

There is nothing wrong. You'll be fine.
You are only just starting puberty. The effects of puberty don't come on all at once, they will take a number of years.
Puberty affects each person differently.
Just concentrate more on being a teenager and less on how fast (or slow) your body is maturing (I know - it is difficult).

Nothing wrong with you. Puberty has not totally kicked in yet. bet patient. If you dont get much bigger, then as I have said many times, size is not important, it is how you use the tool. I know because I am small, same size i was when I was 14.
