Ok, who's gone and upset Philomena McCann lol!!?

With regards to the online petition seeking the authorities to fully investigate Gerry and Kate's conduct the night Madeleine went missing.

"Last night Madeleine's aunt, Philomena McCann, 48, of Glasgow, said: "Gerry and Kate are unaware of the petition. We haven't told them as they have enough to deal with. At first I was very upset but now I just feel anger towards these people - from all the support we have received they are certainly in the minority.

"They are just adding continued sadness to the whole family. One sick individual has even taken to e-mailing me through the petition every day. "

What makes me laugh is how she wants it to turn into a popularity contest. She says they receive more letters of support so therefore they win. Well it doesnt quite work like that Philomena. If you commit a crime then you should face justice regardless of whether you have 'lots of support' or not.

Libby - So in your view as long as Madeleine isnt found, the parents should escape having to face justice. Interesting, so if you murder someone just make sure you bury the body really well and you'll never have to face justice. Strange world you live in. And whats the time frame for them facing up to what they've done. I say its been a month overdue!

This shouldnt be deleted on some do gooders say so, its a topical question and shows how people are totally fed up with do gooders actually supporting somebody doing something wrong. Whether iths against the law or not leaving young children alone is pretty stupid.
Next thing is the do gooder will come up with a pettiion to send the bad parents on a nice cruise even though they Fckd up big time

Leading Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf has received an anonymous letter containing clues regarding the whereabouts of the missing British girl Madeleine McCann. Police are taking the letter very seriously, because it was apparently written by the same person who last year sent a letter providing the exact location of the two murdered Belgian girls Stacey and Nathalie.




Missing since 3 May 2007

The recent letter says Madeleine can be found in Portugal, not far from the hotel room she was abducted from on 3 May this year. It says that she lies buried "north of the road under branches and rocks, around six to seven metres off the road" in a barren and deserted hilly landscape.

Crosses on a map that came with the letter show the location of her body. De Telegraaf has handed the letter over to Dutch police who will hand it over to detectives in Portugal.

A spokesperson for the McCann family is eager to show the letter to Madeleine's parents. The couple was in the Netherlands only last week to ask for the assistance of holidaymakers who may have seen Madeleine's abductor near Praia de Luz.

The McCann family has enjoyed broad public support following the abduction of their four-year old girl. A British businessman has offered a reward of 1.5 million euros for the golden tip on Madeleine. The famous football players David Beckham and Cristianao Ronaldo have appeared on television to appeal for her release.

.As an exiled Scot residing in England. I relatively have been dismayed on the portrayal of Glasgow by utilizing the speech of omit P Mccann. The media portray the kinfolk as from a humble background,made good. She makes this so obtrusive. the girl has made herself a giggling inventory.somebody please tell her to stick with the coaching pass away the talking to the greater matured.i understand the issue is a severe one yet thank you for the comments,which made me hoot!

Perhaps if enough people sign it, they will not be able to avoid becoming aware of it.

A true friend would tell the truth, instead of trying to hide it from them. Nice one, Philomena.

Although I agree with you Dave, I must say this to Piltdown Man.

Piltdown Man: Do you get a kick out of talking absolute rubbish? It would certainly explain a lot. I'm afraid if you wanted to get a legal case and tribunals and all the other b*ll*cks your speaking, we could always show your verbal abuse and harrassment to the court. I'd watch what you say, because somebody might just do it.

Edit: Iona, were you blamed for many things as a child? That would explain why you palm the blame off the guilty and on to the innocent, as you are doing with guilt from the McCanns and throwing to Dave S. Problem is, he ain't bovvered, and frankly, neither are we.

Edit: Just wan to say sorry for the above comment to Iona. We have made up, so to speak. Piltdown Man still needs to have a good long think about what he's doing.

I just don't get it, which bit of "LEAVING CHILDREN ALONE PUTS THEM AT GREAT RISK" doesn't this family understand? I'm not even a parent yet (4 months to go) but I know that leaving 3 kids under 4 alone is asking for trouble. Of course having your daughter taken (personally I think she wandered off looking for her parents and had a tragic accident that is now being covered up) is heartbreaking, but it was the parents that put her in a vulnerable position. they must have done this on more than one occasion IF the child was taken, for the abductor to know their routine.

I will repeat my self yet again, if Gerry and Kate were Wayne and Waynetta Slob who went over the pub 50 metres across the road, there would be a witch hunt now, why oh why are these people being treated like heroes?

Every action has a consequence. Maybe because of their high power jobs they thought they were untouchable and now they can't handle their plan falling apart?

It appears to me that this family seem to think that they're above the law and that no one has ever had the guts to speak up to them. They certainly don't like the fact that people are questioning what they say. As a doctor, Gerry has probably been surrounded by a lot of "yes" men, and Philomena looks just like an angry fishwife. They obviously just don't like people who have different opinions to their own.

I would love to sign this petition. If Madelines parents had not been so selfish and irresponsible I would not be here now, replying to your question.

Alot of people are forgetting that Madelines parents have broken a law and most definitely should be punished!!!

Oh and before any one says they already have been punished YOUR WRONG, Maddy has been punished for there stupid behaviour!
