A program installed itself on my pc, there are balloons popping up from the taskbar and windows popping too!?

it says "download the latest anti-spyware from our site" on the balloon and when i right-click trying to close it it just opens that site. it is so annoying, how do i get rid of it?

it's a trojan. don't buy nor download the advertised program! it's definitely malicious. run your anti-spyware scan and delete everything it finds. if you don't use anti-spyware, try spyware doctor: http://www.2-spyware.com/review-spyware-doctor.html

Is that advertising trying to sell you, one (or more) of these useless products? If it is one of these, then it is likely an infection called Smitfraud that is causing the phony warnings. It is scam advertising trying to swindle you. And a link to a free removal tool is down at the bottom.

Go so install/uninstall programs, look for the spyware crap and just uninstall it, it should go away then...
