Your type of drawing is called 'automatic' drawing. Many artists have drawn this way, notably the surrealists such as Max Ernst. Automatic drawing involves sort of suspending an judgment value of what you are doing, and to totally focus on whatever it is that interests you at the moment. The lower end of this type of art-making is doodling, but here, instead of a small sketch, one completes a full work. As a matter of fact, Nicholaides in his book, 'The Natural Way to Draw', encourages this type of doodling/sketching.
What you have is a gift, whether or not you produce 'Art'.
If you enjoy this, keep going and challenge yourself occasionally. You never know what you may turn up.

Doodles fill papers around my house. The fun thing to do as an artist is to use those shapes to make a finished drawing. I find the shapes in my doodles have remained fairly constant over the years. I have doodled since childhood and I am in my mid forties now. They can help improve drawing skills.

There are five senses. Paintings and drawings represent mostly what you see. Thats why spectator could recognize some shapes and colors and symbols represented in the art piece. But thats not the only thing you could represent, you also could represent sounds, smells, tastes, etc. Also emotions, your emotions in the moment you were drawing or emotions you wish to transmite to the spectator.
Take one of your drawing and ask people "What do you feel when you see this?" instead of "what do you see when you see this?"

This is called doodling, random scribbling without thinking about it. Lots of people do it, often while waiting for something else to happen. Some people say that they mean something, but I just think there isn't much to them.
