That is easy to answer. I count my blessings more than my misfortunes. I am very blessed and Praise the Lord everyday for all the goodness that I have received. I am very appreciative for all aspects of my life.

definitely my blessings. There is no need to count your misfortunes just learn from them and move on. No reason to worry over spilled milk LOL. We should think about all the positives in our life not the negatives

I look at them both equally as much. you can't have a blessing without a misfortune along the way somewhere it just happens.

neither, when I'm depressed all there is is my misfortunes and when I'm happy all there is is my blessings. I don't need to count them to put me in a certain mood, it's my mood that sorts them out automatically anyway
