emotionally. You have to when you deal with people. You have to be sensitive to their needs. You have to be understanding with some people logic will not work.

I deal with a great number of people under stress all the time, so I have to be logically, but every once in a while I do get emotionally involved....thanks

I usually do it emotionally, I am an emotional person. My husband is the logical one. I am not to good at the logic of things.

Your questions are tough. And it seems my answer is always "a little of both." I think, mostly, I deal with people logically, but to do so wisely, you have to take into account their emotions at the time, and validate what they're feeling about a situation.

mixture of both. sometimes the emotions override logic and some times its the other way around.
