This question has been asked many times before. The basic idea behind it is the fact that either answer presents a problem to God as he is traditionally understood. God is traditionally viewed as basically having the power to do anything. However with questions like this if you answer yes then God would not be able to lift the stone and thus that would be something he could not do which would go against the very definition of him. If the answer is no then the rock cannot be made and you have the same result. A good argument against the Christian God it is. But convince me that there is no divine power whatsoever it does not.

This is the typical logic to question the concept of omnipotence..... but I see it as an impractical logic.... because there is no logic why God would ever want to make such a stone and hence the question of His capability in this respect does not arise... it is an unreal question which can not undo the belief of real (meaning effective and practical) omnipotence.
On the contrary, what makes sense is to ask why an Omnipotent God would ever will or want or grant anything.

God can do anything he likes. He can choose to lift the stone or he can choose not to lift it. Size and weight have nothing to do with it..

God can make a stone big beyond imagination. But still, He can lift it very, very easily.

When we talk about god there are things that our mind cant find an answer that makes sense, if you think about that, you can see that this is a miracle by itself. I mean if he was god and we knew everything about him just as you know someone else then there is nothing creative in him, and so if god is not creative then what about us, I think that in our world everything is based on another and if one thing falls everything falls but when its about god sometimes not answering the question is the right answer

Sure. But after he made it, he could just make himself able to lift it.

Well he did something similar with the incarnation of his Son (Jesus) and then couldn't take him off the cross.
There's a real dichotomy for you.
(I'm agnostic by the way).
