I hate to break it to you guys, but I have that honor: Me, right here.
Corkball - 125
Softball - 52
Whiffle Ball - 12
Indian Ball - 96 (All hit in one day at Fairgrounds Park)
Bottle Caps - 22 (Harder to hit than you think)
Baseball - 4 (Didn't play a lot of baseball this year)
That's a total of 311 homruns. As you can see I had one great year.
A word about Bottle Caps - they stopped putting cork inside the caps beau-coup years ago. They don't sail as good now as they did then. But it's still a good "alley" game.

Who cares about Roger Maris? Not me????? 61 does not mean anything because it was passed over by 12 additional HR's hit by Barry.
Whomever is giving thumbs down on anyone answering with Barry is not educated and probably thinks he took steroids, which was never proven via intensive medical testing. All negative results, which proves he's innocent.
If "true sports fans" do not know who hit the most HR's in any season, that's pathetic and they don't know anything about baseball.

barry bonds had 73 in 2001 and supposedly in the ***** leagues josh gibson had 84 home runs, sometime in the 1930's.
