The 12 OVA episodes were re-released by VIZ about a year ago at half of their previous price.

DVD Pacific has the OVA box set for $31.02:

The OVA is part of "Ranma 1/2 OAV Series: Box Set DVD," but I did not locate a copy in my normal sources. Sorry. Hopefully, that may give you more of a lead in finding a copy.
